Compatible with almost all raw materials as follows:

Epoxy resins, polyurethane, rosins, rosin esters, hydrocarbon resins, polystyrene, elastomers, dispersions, emulsions, styrene-acrylate-copolymers, VA- & EVA-polymers, mineral oils, bitumen, etc.



Civil Engineering:

Concrete protection; building protection; reconstruction of concrete;
industrial flooring; underground parking; multi-storey car park

Strong hydrophobictiy non-saponifiable,
Increases the resistance against electrolytes* of cured systems,
Non?polar additive for primers to prevent the formation of blisters (osmosis),
Improves the bonding between the layers,
Regulates the pot life

* = drinking- & wastewater, distilled water, seawater & other salt solutions, mineral acids, alkalis

Corrosion Prevention:

Steel structural engineering & hydraulic steel structure; marine paints; pipe coatings

Pure hydrocarbon, non-reactive and resistant,
because there are no reactive groups in the molecules
Supports the protection against aggressive environmental impacts
Resistance against salt solutions and rain water will be improved



Adhesives

Excellent wetting properties
Good penetration properties, due to the low viscosity
Improves the adhesive power
Plasticizes and improves the elasticity
Regulates the drying time & the setting time

Casting Resins:

Modelling resins; resins for electric insulation; casting resins for tools

Regulates the rheology
Has a better shape tolerance as result
Lower shrinkage after curing
Lower exothermic peak and lower thermal stress
Good electrical properties



Other Applications

Non-reactive & hydrophobic modifier for corrosion prevention systems, sealant, coatings, adhesives, reconstruction of concrete, industrial flooring, casting resins (i.e. electrical, electronic & mechanical applications ), joint fillers (i.e. based on epoxies and/or polyurethane)
Non?polar additive for primers to prevent the formulation of blisters (osmosis)
Alkylaromatic aid for improving the leafing of silver bronze (aluminium colours)
Tackifier, film?forming aid & softener for emulsion adhesives & - paints
Textile auxiliaries, heat transfer fluid, drying process media, capacitor oil
Man?made process oil for the production of organic coloured pigments and pigment pastes
